Light and Colour

We are Light Beings. Light being energy. Everything within our Universe is formed of vibration due to the movement of atoms, molecules, neutrons, protons, and electrons.

Light is just one type of electromagnetic radiation. Other types of electromagnetic radiation include radio waves, infrared radiation (heat), ultraviolet radiation, x-rays and gamma-rays.

The human body is a bioelectric system filled with electromagnetic radiation that can be altered, strengthened and balanced by using a variety of vibrations through the application of colour, light, sound, and touch.

Invisible to the naked eye, natural sunlight contains all colours of the visible spectrum: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet. This can be seen when the light is split through a prism or atmospheric water (vapor or cloud) that creates a rainbow.

Colour, as we "see" it, is simply light at varying wavelengths and frequencies. An example of these frequencies in application is the colours Red, which is at the lower end of the spectrum and has a higher wavelength with lower frequency, and Violet which is at the top end of the spectrum and has a lower wavelength with higher frequency.

spec·trum, n. pl.

  1. The distribution of a characteristic of a physical system or phenomenon, especially:

    1. The distribution of energy emitted by a radiant source, as by an incandescent body, arranged in order of wavelengths.

    2. The distribution of atomic or subatomic particles in a system, as in a magnetically resolved molecular beam, arranged in order of masses.

  2. A graphic or photographic representation of such a distribution.

As Light Beings, we emit our very own personal signature and electro magnetic field (EMF). Through manipulation of our own energies and EMF, we can effectively tone, enhance, dissolve, and release various energy blocks and restore balance to our wholistic being.

In all things - whether animate or inanimate, including the cells in our bodies and the very chair you sit on - there are energies that vibrate at various frequency levels. It is the same with colours, the vast manipulations of light all around you. As a result, is it no wonder that colour can affect our energy vibrations in so many ways, both positive and negative?

The key is to keep the spectrum for your "wholistic being" adjusted and in balance.
